Cancellation Policy
If you have booked a trip with us and need to cancel, you must do so within 48 hours of the trip departure time in order to receive a full refund for your trip. You can do so by reaching out to us directly at [email protected].
From then, please allow 3-5 business days to see a refund on your credit or debit card. If you do not see the refund by this time, please reach out to us to troubleshoot.
Trip Change Policy
If you need to make changes to your trip, such as change of pick up/drop off time, address or duration, we will accept these changes within 24 hours of your trips original departure time. If changes are requested after this time frame, we may/may not be able to accommodate the changes. To make these changes, please reach out to us directly at [email protected].
Refund Policy
If changes/cancellations are made in the time frames outlined above, the customer will receive a full refund of trip.
